Christian Healing Ministry Presentation

For the past five years or so we have had a Christian Healing Ministry team at St George's Church.  Members of the team have offered prayer with the laying on of hands regularly during the main Eucharist service on the first Sunday of the month.  the ministry is also offered informally each week.

We would love to be able to add more members to our team and indeed for the other five churches in the Beacon Team to have a similar ministry offered regularly.  Accordingly we are having an evening's presentation on Christian Healing Ministry at 7.30pm in Wednesday July 16th at St Georges.

After that, during the autumn we will be holding a course entitled 'Saints for Healing'.  This will run for six weeks during which we will have an opportunity to learn much more about this important, and often neglected ministry.  At the end of the course participants may have a chance to explore  whether or not they believe God is calling them to a greater involement in the ministry.

There are leaflets at the back of each of our six Churches explaining a little more fully what it is all about.  Do pick one up, or ring me (01539 740811)  to have a chat.
