Coronation Hall - Refurbishment & Improvement Programme

The Coronation Hall closed for phase 1 of the refurbishment and improvement programme on Monday, 5th February, for approximately 12 weeks.  As the work is ongoing and due to Health & Safety reasons, there will be strictly no access to the Hall allowed unless authorised by a representative of Andrew Smith Building Contractors.  It is kindly requested, therefore, that nobody requests access to the hall unless it is absolutely necessary.

The Coronation Hall  fundraising efforts are still on-going, particularly for phase 2, but we are currently experiencing a shortfall against phase 1.  If anyone has any fundraising ideas, or would be willing to hold a fundraising event on our behalf, or would even be willing to make a donation towards the refurbishment and improvements, please contact Sue Harper on 01539 824313 or Christine Dixon on 01539 824655. 

The Coronation Hall Committee held a Coffee Morning in Kendal Town Hall on Friday, 9th February and made £250 towards the Hall improvements.
