Kendal, famous for its regular appearances on the BBC Weather Map and for 'Kendal Mintcake', has three Anglican Churches of which St George is one. As part of the Beacon Group of Parishes, we work closely with all the other Parishes but especially with St John, Grayrigg, approximately 5 miles outside Kendal.
